My Hobbies and Special Interest

PHOTOGRAPHY | WATERCOLOR

In this section, I will be sharing my hobbies, special interest and experience in relation to photography and watercolor painting.

Over the years, I have taken thousands of photos of different forms of living and still life objects. Most of my photography comprises of nature's landscape. The basic aspect of the beauty of nature is light and shadow. Without light, there will be no shadow, without shadow there will be no forms. Without forms, everything will be flat.

Besides photography as a hobby, I have an interest in watercolor painting. Having tons of references in my photography collections, it's easy to choose a subject to paint. I especially love to paint old rustic barns and farms. Galena, IL, has some of the most beautiful, wide open landscapes, farmlands and amazing scenery that I have come across.

I am also interested in indoor product photography with studio flashes. I picked up photographic techniques thru working with different professional photographers during my photo shoot sessions, ranging from live model fashion shoots to beverages.
